Refund policy

At The Sheron Creations, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver premium quality products, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer
  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

  • Order ID
  • Product images (in case of damage/defect)
  • Reason for return

Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup or guide you through the return process.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected
  • If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong product delivered

Exchange requests must be raised within 5-7 days of delivery

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during sale or discount (unless defective)

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping is free only in case of defective or wrong products
  • For other returns (if accepted), shipping charges may be deducted from the refund
